Atkins MR death penalty court decisions at ICDP blog: Now sorted alphabetically

In my rush to get the ICDP blog up-and-going, I was posting copies of Atkins decisions in the Court Decisions section as they came in.  I myself was now finding it problematic to find decisions as they were in no logical order.  I've now sorted them alphabetically (based on defendants last name).  I believe this will make it easier for all to find the necessary file links quicker.

Baby steps progress.
