For those who desire to read greater detail regarding cases, today I've posted (thanks to Kevin Foley) more information regarding the previously posted federal happeas court opinion for Larry v Branker (NC, 2009), a case that highlighted Florida's problem with the failure to recognize the standard error of measurement (SEM) in Atkins cases.
